"Yes! I usually get very tired and my focus and ability to think clearly from the mid afternoon onwards tends to drop. This then turns into me running around doing half a job, starting and not completing because I have moved onto the next thing, thinking I can multitask well. This tends to lead me to needing to lie down for a while as I’m exhausted. On the second day I realised I did not need to sleep. I didn’t feel exhausted and I was able to continue with the daily tasks without forgetting what it was that I needed to do. I had the same amount of sleep (as I wake every 2-3 hours with my baby regardless) but definitely noticed that I was able to continue my day starting and completing what I needed to do."
